THE COLON, GALL BLADDER & LIVER DETOX

THIS DETOXIFICATION AND REPAIR PROCESS IS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE FOR ULTIMATE HEALTH

This article is going to be written in two parts.

First, it will tell you the importance of and need to detoxify your digestive system.

The second part will give you a totally natural home remedy for detoxifying not only your colon which, everybody and their uncle has a remedy for, but also your gall bladder and liver.

You need your whole digestive system cleaned out, believe me. It's nice to change oil in your car but every once in awhile you need to flush the transmission and radiator. Liken this detox procedure to that process.

This procedure will purge the digestive system and help it to perform at it's optimal best.

This entire article, all of the information in it and all the credit for it is attributable to Dr. Al Palmer, a chiropractor from Scottsdale, AZ. He is a good friend of my hometown friend from Minneapolis. Dr. Palmer prescribes this procedure for some of his patients who complain of certain back pains. However, back pain or not we all need a clean and healthy digestive system
.

NATURALLY OCCURRING 'FRIENDLY' BACTERIA ACT AS THE HOUSEKEEPERS OF OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

The bacteria will maintain the health of the wall of the intestinal tract, fight other harmful bacteria, yeasts or organisms that threaten us. They also help to lower cholesterol levels, produce vitamin B-12 and process our food waste for elimination.

Unfortunately, many things we are exposed to such as antibiotics, aspirin, ibuprofen, corticosteroids and other drugs, alcohol, chlorinated water. Birth control pills and many other things destroy large numbers of these bacteria. This causes a breach in our defenses.

Over time this in turn causes the wall of our intestinal tract to become damaged to the point of allowing toxins, undigested particles, viruses and yeasts to be absorbed into our bloodstream.

This breech of our front line of defense then causes our backdrop system or immune system to go on red alert. Since it now has to be overactive continually due to the continual influx from the digestive system it soon becomes hyperactive. Guess what hyperactivity of the immune system is called?

Allergies! That's right, the underlying cause of most allergies is a hyperactive immune system due to this process.

WHEN WORKING PROPERLY OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM PERFORMS MANY FUNCTIONS. THESE FUNCTIONS WILL BE IMPROVED WITH DETOXIFICATION.

In summary:

  • It selectively allows absorption of necessary nutrients into our blood.

  • It prohibits entrances of unwanted substances into our blood.

  • It acts as a protective barrier for our inner world from our environment including bacteria and viruses, etc.

  • By flushing the gall bladder, we reduce the back up of bile into the liver. This de-congests the liver and improves the function of the liver. Science says that the liver has approximately 640 functions. Detoxification is the one function most people recognize and is only one!
The bottom line is that in today's world our bodies can use a little help. The time and expense involved are very minimal compared to the tremendous benefits!
My next article will give you the complete procedure of the Colon, Gall Bladder and Liver Detoxification process.
Remember all of the benefits of this procedure and that it just isn't a 'nice' thing to do but is actually necessary because of the amounts of toxins we put into our bodies these days.
Refer to the earlier part of this article if you've forgotten all of the ways you are getting toxins into your body. Also remember that toxins destroy 'friendly' bacteria and this disallows proper digestion and that causes a breach in your body's defenses. Put the brakes on all of this and follow this detoxification process once a year.
Thanks for visiting,
Adam
