THE BENEFITS OF HYROGEN PEROXIDE

"I would like to tell you of the benefits of that plain little old brown bottle of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide you can get for under $1.00 at any drug store.  My husband has been in the medical field for over 36 years and most doctors don't tell you about peroxide or they would lose thousands of dollars".


1. Take one capful (the little cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I do it when I bathe)

No more canker sores and your teeth will be whiter without expensive toothpastes.  Use it instead of mouthwash.  (The small print says mouthwash and gargle right on the bottle.)


2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of Peroxide to keep them free of germs.


3. Clean your counters and tabletops with Peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell.  Simply put a little on your dish rag when you wipe or spray it on counters.


4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour Peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.


5. I had fungus on my feet, for years, until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of Peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry.


6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3%  Peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day.  My husband has seen gangrene that would not heal with any medicine but was healed by soaking in Peroxide.


7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of Peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.


8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold or plugged sinuses.  It will bubble and help kill the bacteria.  Hold for a few minutes then blow your nose into a tissue. 


9. If you terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of Peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten minutes several times a day.  The pain will lessen considerably.


10. Of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after showering and comb it through.  You will not have the Peroxide burnt blonde hair like the hair dye packages, but more natural highlights if your hair is light brown, reddish or dirty blonde.  It also lightens gradually so it's not a drastic change.


11. Put half a bottle of Peroxide in your bath to help get rid of boils, fungus or other skin infections.


12. You can also add a cup of Peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them.  If there is blood on clothing, pour directly on the soiled spot.  Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water.  Repeat if necessary.


13. I use Peroxide to clean my mirrors with and there is no smearing which is why I love it so much, for this. 



I could go on and on.  It is a little brown bottle no home should be without!  With prices of most necessities rising, I'm glad there's a way to save tons of money in such a simple, healthy manner.

I would just like to add one of my own uses to this list.  When I brush my teeth (and I like using a natural toothpaste with Tea Tree Oil) instead of wetting my toothbrush with water I put about a capful of Peroxide in my mouth right before brushing.  WOW!!! What cleansing action!  This really gets the toothpaste foaming while killing germs and whitening your teeth for an extremely clean and refreshing feeling.  Try it!

COLON, GALL BLADDER AND LIVER FLUSH




DETOXIFICATION

The colon, gall bladder and liver flush is an important detoxifying agent which will help restore the normal functional capacity of these organs.  It is not recommended for patients with known gall stones.  Listed are the steps that should be followed.
The week prior to the flush, cut back on fats, especially oils, such as those used in fried foods.

1.) Monday through Saturday noon; drink as much apple juice or apple cider as your appetite will allow.  In addition, add three scoops of Psyllium Husk powder to ten ounces of apple juice three times per day in between meals.  Stir and drink quickly.  The apple juice should preferably be organic which, you can purchase health food store, if you don't find it at your regular grocer.  The key here is to make sure it is pure apple juice with no additives.

During the week (Monday through Saturday) the diet should be limited eating as many fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains as desired.  Also, eat two servings of low fat meat such as chicken breast but fish would be preferable.  Avoid caffeine, refined sugar, alcohol and all fats.  Also drink large amounts of purified water during the entire detoxification process.  Drink at least 1/2 gallon of apple juice and water, each.




2.) At noon on Saturday, you should eat a normal lunch.




3.) Three hours later, take two teaspoons of Epsom salts dissolved in about one ounce of hot water.  The taste may be objectionable and may be followed by a little citrus juice (lemon, freshly squeezed if possible).




4.) Two hours later, repeat step 3.


5.) You may have grapefruit juice grapefruit or other citrus fruits or juices for your evening meal.


6.) At bedtime, you may have one of the following:
     a) ½ cup of unrefined olive oil followed by a small glass of grapefruit juice.
     b) ½ cup of warm, unrefined olive oil blended with ½ cup of lemon juice.

Unrefined olive oil can be purchased from any health food store.  Organic olive oil will also work.  It is best to use fresh citrus juice but canned or bottled is permissible.


7.) Following step 6 you should go immediately to bed and lie on your right side with your right knee pulled up close to your chest for 30 minutes.


8.) The next morning, one hour before breakfast, take two teaspoons of Epsom salts dissolved in two ounces of water.


9.) You will soon be ready for a system cleansing bowel movement.


10.) Be sure to continue with your normal diet and any nutritional program that has been prescribed for you.  Reinoculate the bowel with acidophilus and bifidus bacteria for two weeks after the flush.  Take ½ tsp. of each, 3 times a day, in non-chlorinated water or with juice.



THIS FLUSHING OF THE LIVER AND THE GALL BLADDER STIMULATES AND CLEANS THESE ORGANS AS NO OTHER METHOD.
  
Some who've gone through this procedure have occasionally reported slight to moderate nausea when taking the olive oil/citrus juice, this nausea will slowly disappear by the time you go to sleep.  If the olive oil induces vomiting, you need not repeat the procedure at this time.  This occurs only in rare instances.  This flushing of the liver and gall bladder stimulates and cleans these organs as no other method.
Patients who have chronically suffered from gallstones, backaches, nausea etc. occasionally find small gallstone-type objects in the stool the following day.  These objects are light green to dark green in color.  They are very irregular in shape, gelatinous in texture and vary in size from grape seeds to cherry seeds or even larger.  If there seems to be a large number of these objects in the stool, the gall bladder flush should be repeated in two weeks.  If any stones are present take osteocitrate for 90 days and repeat the flush.
This procedure seems like a lot to do but it is the most thorough procedure there is.  It WILL clean out your system like no other procedure out there.  Just remember, you need only do this once a year.  When you see the results you will believe as I do in that it is better to have these impurities out of you than to remain inside you and if this is what it takes to rid your body of these impurities, then so be it!
With that being said you must agree that you will have a much more efficient digestive system working for you which will help your body to rid itself of the day to day impurities we put into it.  Also, this will help your skin to look younger.  Remember what we talked about earlier when we discussed skin conditions?  We said that a digestive system that wasn't working to full capcity would interfere with our immune system by allowing impurities to stay in our bodies, causing allergies and ultimately, various skin conditions.
The first step to looking youthful is to rid our bodies of toxins (impurities) and a good start is to get those organs that purify us, in tip-top condition and in efficient working order.  I really hope you try this because I know it will help you and your body will thank you by running much more smoothly and effortlessly.

THE COLON, GALL BLADDER & LIVER DETOX




THIS DETOXIFICATION AND REPAIR PROCESS IS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE FOR ULTIMATE HEALTH


This article is going to be written in two parts.

First, it will tell you the importance of and need to detoxify your digestive system.

The second part will give you a totally natural home remedy for detoxifying not only your colon which, everybody and their uncle has a remedy for, but also your gall bladder and liver.

NATURALLY OCCURRING 'FRIENDLY' BACTERIA ACT AS THE HOUSEKEEPERS OF OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

 
The bacteria will maintain the health of the wall of the intestinal tract, fight other harmful bacteria, yeasts or organisms that threaten us. They also help to lower cholesterol levels, produce vitamin B-12 and process our food waste for elimination.

Hello folks,

I am going to write about the benefits of olive oil because I am learning more and more about this very versatile oil the more I use it. I began using olive oil on a regular basis when I
decided to clean up my diet. I learned about good and bad oils. I learned that hydrogenated oils are bad and that regular table vegetable oil isn't real good for you. I learned that olive oil is not only better for you but that consuming a few ounces of it a day is actually beneficial for you. It is a good oil meaning that it helps keep your circulatory system clean instead of being one of the fats that clog it up.



OLIVE OIL HAS ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES



When I refer to Olive Oil I mean 'EVOO' which stands for 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' and I would also add that you should get organic because it will have more of the benefits I am touting. EVOO also has excellent antioxidant properties because it is rich in polyphenals and hydroxytyrosol. Go ahead and Google those words to get an in depth explanation of their properties. I will, however, tell you that hydroxytyrosol slows the aging process by stablizing the cell membrane plasma and anything that can protect your cells from destruction is a GOOD thing. It also prevents oxidation of keratin, the protein essential to healthy, supple skin, lustrous hair and strong nails.
It's also high in vitamin E which, is also an antioxidant. Remember, antioxidants protect against age -accelerating free radicals. Rumor has it that olive oil baths are the secret to Sophia Loren
's seemingly ageless skin.  For great anti-aging benefits from the inside out with the most concentration of antioxidants I have found  try this.  You can learn about antioxidants and how they affect you.  You will learn about a product I use and if you are interested you can contact someone to obtain this wonderful product for yourself.  I really do use it!




THE MANY USES FOR OLIVE OIL


I use olive oil in many ways but I found a nice concise list at this website www.naturalcaresecrets.com See below:



BATH: For a moisturizing soak, add about 1/4 cup olive oil and several drops of essential oil to your bathwater. Lavender oil will help you relax before going to bed. (be careful as the tub may be slippery).

DRY SKIN: Gently massage a small amount of olive oil on extra dry areas such as elbows or heels.

HANDS: Whip up a quick sugar scrub for rough, dry hands. Combine two tablespoons of oil with two tablespoons of sugar. Rub on hands until sugar begins to dissolve. Rinse with warm water. Voila! Silky smooth hands.

FEET: Apply a liberal amount of oil to feet at bedtime. Cover with cotton socks. Not sexy... but oh-so-soft feet in the morning! The magic works for hands, too. Cover with white cotton gloves (hmm, even less sexy).

FACE: Create a moisturizing facial mask with olive oil, honey, and an egg yolk. Beat until well blended and apply to face... then relax! Leave on for 15 minutes; rinse with warm water.

NAILS: Warm a small dish of olive oil (not too hot) with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Soak nails for 5-10 minutes. This softens cuticles while it strengthens nails.

HAIR: For a simple oil treatment, warm several tablespoonsof olive oil (again, not too hot). Rub into scalp and hair. Cover with a shower cap or small plastic bag. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

For extra conditioning, mix an egg yolk with olive oil... but do not warm. This is great for dry hair and split ends. It may even heal dandruff. Shampoo twice after this treatment or you'll smell like raw egg!

LIPS: Alleviate chapped lips with straight olive oil. Dab on lips... especially helpful at bedtime.

Skin Care & Nutrition

Hello,

Lately I've been doing a bit of research on skin care and nutrition as it pertains to 'anti-aging'. I'm sure we all know that the first and best thing you can do for you skin is to maintain hydration. Simply, drink plenty of water.


Drink Sufficient Amounts Of Water.


How much will depend on several factors but suffice it to say that it would be a safe bet to start at around 64 ozs. per day. Perspiring will increase the need for a larger quantity. You need water to hydrate your entire body, from muscle tissue to joints to your organs, etc. Remember this, your body is designed to protect itself as in 'self preservation'. With that being said you need to know that your digestive system will take the necessary amount of water to flush and cleanse your body. If your body doesn't get rid of toxins you will be poisoned and die.


Do Not Make Your Body Fight Itself For Water



Sometimes the rest of your body fights back for 'water rights' and will take back some water from your bladder after it has been used for digestion. When this happens you will noticed a dark yellow, highly concentrated urine. This is not good because it means some of the toxic waste is leeching back into your body and into your bloodstream. You want toxins sufficiently cleansed from your body. Don't make your body fight itself for 'water rights'. There is no winner in this situation. A highly toxic system is bad for your entire body which includes your skin which, is already at a detriment at this point, because it is one of the last to get any of the little water you have in your body. It's drying out and taking on toxins. Definitely the wrong way to go!


An Unhealthy Body Will Cause Skin Problems


Your skin can be like a billboard about the relative health of your body. When it's dry your body is lacking water and nutrients. It's not asking you to put a manufactured topical solution, made of mineral oil and chemicals, on it. This does nothing to repair your skin. Please remember one thing about our bodies. They heal themselves. Drugs and chemicals don't do that. If you don't give your body proper nutrition and water nothing is going to heal you. Give your body what it is lacking and watch the miracles be performed. If your digestive system is clogged up your body will expel waste in additional ways to help handle the overflow. This can be through the lungs, giving you bad breath or through the skin giving you stronger than normal body odor. Your skin was also designed to rid the body of toxins but not to the extent that it should pick up the slack for improper digestion.



All Skin Conditions Will Improve With Proper Hydration & Digestion


Acne, eczema, herpes, hives, psoriasis and rosacea are just some of the skin conditions that will advertise, at minimum, poor digestion or a digestive problem. Other factors can be an allergy to something as common as a food that was eaten. Some of those conditions can be attributed to heredity but again, you can treat them naturally anyway. Just because you are more susceptible to something doesn't mean you have to live with it. What it may mean is that your body, like all others in your family tree, are prone to lack fatty acids or other nutrients when compared to other people. No big deal, you just take natural supplements to compensate for that. Your immune system may not be as strong as another person's. Again, no problem, get the nutrition your body is lacking. In all of these cases I have found that no matter what remedy you need all of these conditions will improve with better/proper digestion and that will increase immensely with proper hydration. This brings us back to drinking sufficient amounts of water.



Healthy Skin Stays Elastic And Remains Youthful Looking Longer


What I am trying to impress upon you is this. To have youthful looking skin you must remove toxins, not add them. Your average store bought lotion or night cream is just another toxin that is trying to force a liquid into your skin. Your skin will reject this in different ways because it is
alien to your body's natural state. Even if it looks like it's working the truth will come out as soon as you was your face. When the 'lotion' isn't on your face, masking reality, your skin's true condition reappears. That's the best case scenario. At worse it can cause a reaction but will always be another toxin for your body to fight off. What you skin really wants is to do the job it has done for mankind since day one, before manufactured lotions and night creams. All it is asking is that you rid your body of toxins and the best way to do that is with proper digestion withe help of proper hydration. Secondly, proper nutrition. Thirdly, if you want to put something on your face, the more natural the better it is. I use soap made of olive oil and I put pure organic, cold-pressed, virgin olive oil on my body. Olive oil has been skin's friend for over 5000 years. The women of the Mediterranean region have had the nicest skin for thousands of years. From Egypt to Greece to Rome to the Kingdom of Spain, women as notable as Cleopatra has used olive oil on their skin. Pure olive oil, it doesn't get any more natural than that and the properties of the oil are extremely nutritious. Your skin will drink it up! Opening Post

OPENING POST


Good evening folks. This is my first post on my new blog. I hope to educate, entertain and inform as many people as I possibly can. I also hope to learn a lot from people who join my blog and post information on it. I'm always willing to learn interesting things, especially if it pertains to something I just wrote about. I don't mind being corrected if someone knows something for a fact. I take that as a learning experience and move forward with it.



I think more often than not I will be following along the lines of nutrition, natural cures and remedies, antioxidants, organic and wild foods, homeopathy and hydration. However, I may run astray into an adventure like a trip, an experience, an encounter or an exciting recipe that I believe most people will like. I do like to relate life experiences to other people to see if they get the same take on it as I did. Maybe you'll join in on one of those experiences. I do, however, want to help people get healthier and I don't think the government can or will do anything that will actually help. It's a personal decision for people to make in their daily lives. It's being responsible by eating right and exercising but there is so much more to know these days and that's what I would like to touch on in the future. Come back and check it out!
